According to Velonews Armstrong is joining up with Team Astana to compete in 5 races during 2009 including the Tour de Georgia. Apparently, he is going to ride for no salary nor bonus and post his blood tests online!
In my opinion this is definitely good for the sport, regardless of your feeling towards him.
